Art by Mi Ran Challenge #35 - Flutterby

It's time for new challenge over at Art by Mi Ran challenge. http://artbymiranchallenge.blogspot.ca The challenge theme is Anything Goes as usual but you can enter only handmade project and if you used a stamp image you have to color them by hand.

Here is my card for the Challenge #35.  

 I colored the image with my regular black brush pen, Copic and color pencils. The coloring didn't turn out the effect I wanted but I put her in the card lol On her wing, I used Wink of Stella (Clear color). I used white ink for the white lines.

Hard to see on the photo, but I used embossing folder under the image. I don't know what is the name of embossing folder. It comes with when I bough my Cuttlebug. First time I used it and I like it. Guess who will go buy some more embossing folder ? lol


Here is the close up image. While I was fussy cut her, her hair is too hard, so I cut off one of her hair lol I hope it still looks okay lol

Art by Mi Ran Facebook Group June Anything Goes Challenge - Glamorous Georgina

Hi, everyone. It is time for new challenge over at Art by Mi Ran Facebook group. This is Anything Goes challenge, so you can enter any handmade and hand colored with Art by Mi Ran images. Also you can enter as many want. Very simple isn't it? 

Here is my card for the June - Anything Goes challenge. Her name is Glamorous Georgina. You can find the stamp HERE. I colored her skin with Copic, and her hair and outfit colored with a black color pencil. Another part I colored with color pencils too. When I finished coloring I used white ink for highlight.

Art by Mi Ran Challenge #34 - Willow


It's time for new challenge over at Art by Mi Ran challenge. 
The challenge theme is Anything Goes as usual but you can enter only handmade project and if you used a stamp image you have to color them by hand.

Here is my card for the Challenge #34.  


I colored up  Willow. I used Copic and color pencils for the coloring. I used Copic E000, E00, E21 and R20 for the skin. I used B00 for her skirt and bow's base color and I used color pencils for shading.

Gem


Hi, everyone. I'd like share a card I made last night using image - Gem. She is one of Art by Mi Ran Digital Stamp and you can find her HERE.



I used Copic markers and color pencils for colored the image than add highlight with white ink, nip pen and white jel pen. 
I used white paint for the all the paper and die cut edge. Also I added some on my embellishments as well. I sprayed Mr. Huey's color mist for the main pattern paper.  (right top side - Olive green color on the ivory paper)



Here is the close up for the color image.

While I was coloring her, I took a couple of photos with my phone. 


Here is the first one.
The skin tone is Copic -  E000, E00, E21, and R20. 

 I used Copic - Y00, RV10, RV02, V12, YG11, and B00 for the base colors.



This is the second photo. I used those color pencils for the shading. (The last color is black) After I finished the coloring, I used white ink and pen for highlight.

Art by Mi Ran Facebook Group Progressive Challenge June - Bubbles Brea

Hi, all!! It is time to start new Progressive challenge over at Art by Mi Ran Facebook Group. https://www.facebook.com/groups/artbymiran This month we play with a image - Bubbles Brea. 

 Here is little info about Art by Mi Ran Facebook Group Progressive Challenge.  Every month a new image is released that is to be used for the Progressive Challenge.  If you participated in the prior month's challenge, the image is free to you.   If you're new to the challenge, you can buy this image at a reduced price, and as long as you participate, the next one is free. You can find more details in the Facebook Group. 

 This is my card for this month.

I colored her with Copic markers for the skin (E000, E00, E21 and R20), and color pencils for least of part (the red part is I used Copic - R32 for base color).  I colored the Bubbles 3 different color pencils then little touch with white jel pen, after that I covered with glitter glue. 
I wanted to bubble feels on my card, so I cut the papers with circle die, and glue them between layers. Also used spangle for the extra bubble effect. Hope you like what I did on my card. 


It is inside of card. Pretty simple. The front of card looks little bit red than original. I think this photo looks more like the same as my card.
